The AluGrid solar mounting system allows for PV modules to be mounted on flat roofs where the concentration of solar panels is important and where reduction of loading on the roof is required. Set at a fixed tilt with a choice of 10 or 15 degrees, solar modules are connected using top-down clamps.

Maximize Solar Power Generation

The AluGrid is the perfect solution for commercial roof tops, where space is limited and loading on the roof is minimal. Lightweight and compact, the AluGrid mounting system provides ample solar power generation for businesses.

Loading

Concrete pavers are incorporated into the mounting system, accomplishing three tasks in one: provide ballast to the system at ideal locations, interconnect the rows, and ensure well distributed transfer of compressive forces to the roof.

Module Clamping

Components are connected using Schletter's Klick™ System. Using spring clamps (screw less), modules are fastened to the substructure. Spring clamps are available for modules heights from 30 – 51 mm.
