Primary Responsibilites
- Responsible to provide the proper drawings for every product, system and project designed by the Sales and Engineering departments
- Assist with Helios 3D software sales
- Prepare technical drawings, used by production and construction workers to build products
- Work closely with the engineering department
- Provide 2-D/3-D layouts, detail drawings, assembly drawings
- Interface with other departments on new product concept development and designs
- Prepare completed layouts for final product design
- Prepare Bill of Material and modifications as needed
Knowledge and Skill Responsibilites
- Advanced skill level of CAD software
- Able to work with mathematical and structural concepts

Geotechnician >

Primary Responsibilites
- Responsible for performing and analyzing soil tests on customer sites
- Conduct field investigations related to pile driving and soil sampling
- Gather and analyze data
- Prepare daily reports for data gathered on project sites
- Coordinate with clients and sub contractors on the construction site
- Coordinate with laboratory sub consultants
- Prepare geotechnical reports
- Provide construction support as necessary
Knowledge and Skill Responsibilites
- B.S. in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, geology, ground engineering or a related subject
- Good driving record and valid Driver License

Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementation of engineering department procedures
- Cooperates closely with members of other departments within the company including drafting and sales
- Guide drafters, review and approve construction drawings
- Prepare construction drawings for sealing by Professional Engineer
- Ensure optimal applications of technology and engineering resources to meet product and customer requirements
- Provide technical direction and guidance to team members such as in house drafters
- Develop practical solutions for construction and design related issues
Additional Responsibilites
- Review third party reports and drawings
- Interact with external consulting engineers and customers
- Aid in the development of new and improved components and products
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Ph.D. preferred
- PE License not mandatory

Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of up to 40 co-workers on a morning, afternoon, or night shift
- Lead colleagues by assigning tasks and maintaining a positive work atmosphere
- Track attendance and work hours to report to HR
- Prepare daily productivity reports
- Assemble items as instructed
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all company rules and policies
- Follow all safety rules and quality standards
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Prepare product for shipment
- Lift raw materials, final products, and items packed for shipment, manually, or using hoist
- Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Ability to produce quality products consistently
